Since I’m learning to become a better podcaster, I re-produced this interview from the radio archives.  Shaving off 20 minutes, I was able to pin-point great content from Edwin Watson, my football teammate from Purdue University.

After a successful college football career, Edwin Watson went on to play for the Green Bay Packers and the Philadelphia Eagles.  During this interview, he worked with Rolls Royce out of Indianapolis, Indiana and invested in real estate.

I did this interview to show folks that they can still love their day jobs, yet work on having multiple streams of income.

Have you ever heard financial advisers say that you must diversify your retirement portfolio? Well, I believe the same is true for your job. Hopefully, your mature enough to realize by now that the job you have today, might not be the job you have tomorrow.

Therefore, I feel that it’s imperative, a must, top priority, code red, mas importante to not just diversify your retirement portfolio, but to Diversify Your Income Streams.  Heck, I have 4 income streams and about to add a 5th if these politicians keep messing with things.

Don’t get me wrong, many people love their day jobs and would never quit. I love all 4 of mine. It’s just that you need to ask yourself a simple question… if you lost your day job, how quickly could you LEGALLY make significant amounts of money to take care of your family?

Edwin Watson tells us one way he is doing it.
